Crystal has spent her entire career in talent strategy, leading, coaching, and developing people.
After a decade in corporate as a leader of leaders and executive coach, she transitioned to her own business to escape the grind and find more purpose. This is when she learned firsthand that leaving her exhausting job couldn't fix the source of her pain and burnout.
After navigating a dark night of the soul and learning how to heal herself from deep-rooted traumas, she knew this was her purpose - to help other women do the same.
Since 2019 she and her team have supported thousands of women world-wide on their journey of learning how to heal themselves and others.
Crystal has been trained and certified in coaching, curriculum development, and facilitation through McKinsey and Consulting, Richardson, and Vanguard. She's completed master level training programs in energy healing, hypnotherapy and reiki. Her programs are Internationally Accredited by the International Association Of Therapists.
